At Living Springs our vision is a safe place where families experience love and community to enable healing and growth for a better future.
Set in a peaceful rural location, Living Springs is a unique environment offering a space away from distractions, with support to experience well-being, positive activities and learning as a demonstration of the love of God.
About Us
We provide supported housing in self-contained flats for parents with young children as a temporary placement, as well as signposting to additional support and day activities to build confidence, well-being, and practical life skills.
We enable parents to develop their full potential in mind, body and spirit. Inspired by, and faithful to, our Christian values, we create supportive, inclusive and energising communities, where people can truly belong, contribute and thrive.

Property & Grounds
Living Springs currently has 5 two bedroom and 4 one bedroom fully equipped self-contained flats. There are communal rooms and outdoor areas including, a laundry room, IT room, playroom, children’s playground, covered outdoor area to hang washing, peaceful garden area and pet corner. Allotments and nature trail are being developed and residents are encouraged to get involved. There is a training kitchen and dining area for structured sessions or organised communal activities.
Space for hire
Living Springs also has office, meeting and training space available for day activities or hire, with use of the front of house communal grounds.Support, office and maintenance staff are on site during the day, with a system in place for emergencies overnight. The grounds and entrances have CCTV security.

KEEPING CHILDREN AT THE HEART OF THE FAMILY
Living Springs is a Christian charity, founded in 1989 with over thirty years’ experience of supporting families, through different services over the years, through high quality facilities and support.
Supported housing referrals
Our eligibility criteria for tenants are that they are they are vulnerable young people or parents either pregnant or with young children, and in need of supported housing from one of these groups.
- Young people with a support need
- People with mental ill health
- People fleeing domestic abuse and their children
- Families at risk of or who have experienced homelessness
We assess each application on a case by case basis to ensure they will benefit from support at Living Springs and a unique plan will be made for each family to help them by early invention support, respite and recovery support, confidence building, with the aim to gain skills and move on to independent accommodation.
